TERMS:  10% non-refundable down payment due at the auction and the balance within 30 days of delivery of title insurance.  If survey is required, the costs shall be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.  Possession of building shall be 30 days after closing.  Possession of farmland after 2020 harvest.  Buyer to pay the 2020 taxes due in May of 2021.  The annual taxes for the entire farm are $6,683.83.
