STARTING AT 6:30PM

160 Acres:  This is a 160 acre farm with approximately 100 to 120 acres of lowland which is a prime location for waterfowl.  Property is located 3 miles SW of Potawatomie Park.  PRIME HUNTING LOCATION.

LOCATION:  19435 Elm Road, Tippecanoe, Indiana. The farm is located at the NW corner of South Elm Road and CR E 19 B, Tippecanoe Township, Marshall County, Indiana, 1 mile west of State Road 331 in Tippecanoe, Indiana on CR E 18 B to Elm Road then 1 mile south.  Auction will take place at the barn on the corner.

LEASE TERMS:  This auction is for a 3 year lease to hunt waterfowl on 160 acres, limited to 4 hunters, first year’s lease payment due in full the night of the auction and on June 1, 2011 and June 1, 2012.  Cash or Personal Check accepted.
