TERMS:  10% non-refundable deposit due the day of the auction and the balance in cash at final closing within 30 days.   Seller will provide a deed and title insurance at closing.  The closing fee of approximately $200.00 will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.  The property is being sold in “AS IS” condition.

TAXES:  Buyer to pay taxes beginning with May 2012 installment and all taxes thereafter.  The annual taxes are $317.00 per year.
