TERMS: 10% down the day of the auction which in non-refundable. The balance will be due at final closing within 30 days. Buyer to pay taxes due in November of 2011. Annual taxes are approximately $213.00. Seller will provide title insurance and deed at closing. The closing fee of approximately $200 will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.
