LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  Lot 7 Deer Haven Estates, LaGrange County, Wolcottville, Indiana

TERMS:  10% down the day of the auction which in non-refundable.  The balance will be due at final closing within 30 days.  Buyer to pay taxes due in November of 2011. Annual taxes are approximately $213.00.  Seller will provide title insurance and deed at closing.  The closing fee of approximately $200 will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.  The property is sold in “AS IS” condition.  Property sold subject to owners approval.
