TERMS:  10% down the day of the auction which in non-refundable.  The balance will be due at final closing within 30 days.  Buyer to pay taxes due in November of 2011.  Seller will provide title insurance and deed at closing.  The closing fee of approximately $200 will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.  The property is sold in “AS IS” condition.
